Who handles your data

What is collected

Through the form: your first name, WhatsApp number, email if you give it, the project, budget and goal you choose, and the page you write from. Nothing else.

Why

Only to send you the documents you asked for and to follow up on your request, on WhatsApp or by email. Your information is never sold or rented, and is not used for any other marketing.

Who can see it

Sarah Bakalem and her technical provider, who runs the site and the request tracking tool. Data is hosted by Netlify (United States). If you reserve a property, the details needed for the contract are passed to the developer, Major Developments.

How long

Three years after our last exchange, then deleted. You can ask for deletion at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or not to be contacted again: just write on WhatsApp +971 50 118 4231. If you live in the European Union, the GDPR applies and you may also contact your national data protection authority. In the UAE, the federal Personal Data Protection Law applies.

Cookies and analytics

The site runs without advertising cookies by default. If you accept in the banner, two tools are loaded: Microsoft Clarity, which measures in an anonymised way how pages are used, and the Meta pixel, which measures how well our ads on Facebook and Instagram perform.
